By GEM Staff Reporter in Crime

Officers investigating a burglary in which thousands of pounds worth of jewellery and designer goods were stolen, are appealing for the public’s help to identify two men.

Sometime between 10.30pm and 10.45pm on Saturday, June 10, thieves broke in to a property on Rookery Wood, Sully, helping themselves to valuable jewellery, including a wedding ring, Breitling watch and several sets of earrings.

Christian Louboutin shoes, various Louis Vuitton luggage and hundreds of pounds in cash were also stolen.

Detective Constable Mark Wonnacott said: “We are keen to identify these two men, who were captured on CCTV in the area. If you think they recognise them, please do get in touch.

“I’d also urge the public to be on their guard if they are offered luxury items for sale. If you suspect them to be stolen goods, don’t part with your money – pick up the phone and report what you know.”

Anyone who recognises the men pictured, or who has any information that could assist with enquiries, is urged to contact 101, quoting reference 1700223444.
